The Doctor pulled up a chair. He listened intently and even drew me pictures of my problem and what was needed to correct it.I was very impressed with concern and the time he spent with me. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions! He was wonderful!

Dr. Dugan spent a good amount of time with me explaining why the surgery I wanted wasn't the best choice for me and that a different surgery would be better. He left the decision to me so I was able to make a good informed decision as to which surgery to have. I would definitely recommend him to others.
